What every spot includes

Gate code: Each renter gets one code. It shows in your online account once the first month is paid, and we shut it off when you move out.
Lighting: The lot is lit from dusk to dawn.
Fence: The lot is fenced. Your code opens the gate 24 hours a day.
Cameras: There are security cameras on the lot.
Marked spots: Every spot has painted lines and a number.
Aisles: 45 ft on the 12 x 40 row, 35 ft on the 12 x 30 row, 50 ft back lane.

Move-in: You pay for the rest of this month, prorated, plus a $20 admin fee. If you move in after the 25th, next month is added. There is no deposit and no tax.
Billing: Rent is due on the 1st. You can pay online or by phone, and autopay is available.
Late fee: $25 if rent is not paid by the 10th.
Holding a spot: We hold a spot once the first month is paid.
Size full: Join the waiting list and we will call you when one opens.
Moving out: Give us written notice 10 days before the end of the month. There is no fee to move out and no refund for a partial month.
Insurance: You need your own policy. We do not insure stored vehicles.
