What every spot includes

Gate code: One per renter. Shut off when you move out.
Lighting: Lot lit dusk to dawn.
Marked spots: Painted lines and numbers.
Aisles: 45 ft on the 12 x 40 row, 35 ft on the 12 x 30 row, 50 ft back lane.

Billing and moving out

Billing: Monthly by card, online or by phone. Autopay available.
Holding a spot: Held once the first month is paid.
Moving out: Notice before your next billing date. No fee.
Insurance: Your own policy. We do not insure stored vehicles.
