Renting
How do I rent a spot?
Rent online: pick your size, sign the lease, upload a photo of your driver's license, and pay the first month. Renting online picks the next open spot in your size. To choose a specific spot, request it on the lot map or call, and we set it up with you. Your gate code shows in your online account once the first month is paid.
Can I hold a spot before I move in?
Yes. Request it with your move-in date, and we hold it once the first month is paid.
What does it cost to move in?
You pay for the rest of this month, prorated, plus a $20 admin fee. If you move in after the 25th, next month is added. There is no deposit and no tax. See sizes and pricing.
How do I pay?
Rent is due on the 1st. You can pay online from your account or call us, and autopay is available. A $25 late fee applies after the 10th.
What if my size is full?
Join the waiting list and we will call you when one opens.
How do I move out?
Give us written notice 10 days before the end of the month. There is no fee to move out and no refund for a partial month.
Getting in
When can I get to my vehicle?
The gate is open 24 hours a day, every day. Enter your code at the keypad to get in.
Do I get my own gate code?
Yes, each renter gets their own code. It shows in your online account once the first month is paid, and we shut it off when the account closes.
What can I store?
You can store RVs, boats, vehicles, trailers, trucks, and industrial equipment.
Is the lot secure?
The lot is fenced and lit from dusk to dawn, with security cameras and a coded gate. Each renter has their own code.
What areas do you serve?
We serve North Little Rock, Sherwood, Jacksonville, Little Rock Air Force Base, Little Rock, and the rest of Central Arkansas.
What sizes do you have?
We have 12 x 25, 12 x 30, 12 x 40, and 14 x 75 spots, plus one 40 x 40 pad. See sizes and pricing. Don't see your size listed? Call us.
Can I pull through instead of backing in?
Yes, if you rent two 12 x 25 spots back to back. Together they make a 50 ft pull-through. The 12 x 25 spots at the row ends are rented by phone, and you drive into the 14 x 75 spots from the back lane.
Which spots are covered?
Covers are coming soon on A1 (12 x 40) and on D1 and D2 (12 x 30). All other spots are open.
Can I bring a semi?
The 14 x 75 spots fit a truck and trailer or a motorhome with a tow. A tractor with a 53 ft trailer attached cannot make the turns on the lot. Call with your total length.
Rules
What is not allowed on the lot?
You cannot live or sleep in a vehicle on the lot, do repairs or fluid changes, or keep fuel or propane outside the vehicle's own tanks. Every vehicle must be registered.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, you need your own policy. We do not insure stored vehicles.
