How do I rent a spot?
Request one on the lot map or call. We confirm the spot, collect the first month's rent, and send the lease to your phone to sign. Your gate code comes with the signed lease.
Can I hold a spot before I move in?
Yes. Request it with your move-in date. Held once the first month is paid.
How do I pay?
Monthly by card, online or by phone. Autopay available.
How do I move out?
Notice before your next billing date. No fee.
Getting in
When can I get to my vehicle?
Gate hours 6 am to 10 pm, every day. Enter your code at the keypad.
Do I get my own gate code?
Yes. One code per renter, logged on each use, shut off when the account closes.
What sizes do you have?
12 x 25, 12 x 30, 12 x 40, 14 x 75, and one 40 x 40 pad. See sizes and pricing.
Can I pull through instead of backing in?
Two 12 x 25 spots back to back make a 50 ft pull-through. The 14 x 75 spots are entered from the back lane.
Which spots are covered?
A1 (12 x 40), D1 and D2 (12 x 30). The rest are open.
Can I bring a semi?
The 14 x 75 spots fit a truck and trailer or a motorhome with a tow. A tractor with a 53 ft trailer attached cannot make the turns on the lot. Call with your total length.
Rules
What is not allowed on the lot?
No living or sleeping in vehicles. No repairs or fluid changes. No fuel or propane outside the vehicle's tanks. Registered vehicles only.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. Your own policy. We do not insure stored vehicles.
